International Doctoral Degrees and Medical Graduate Training
All individuals with a doctoral degree (M.D., Ph.D., M.B.B.S., etc.) earned outside of the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico must obtain an ABMGG Foreign Credential Review before sitting for the ABMGG certification examination. Individuals are strongly encouraged to complete this prior to the onset of medical genetics and genomics training for determination of equivalency.
